At JoomForge, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund.
15-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 15 days of the date of purchase. No questions asked.
You do not need to give a reason, although any feedback you share helps us improve our products.
Free extensions are provided at no cost, so no payment or refund applies to them. You can try the free version of any extension before buying Pro.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at [email protected] or open a support ticket from your JoomForge account.
- Include the email address used for the purchase and your order reference number (shown in your Paddle receipt email).
- We will confirm your refund, normally within 2 business days.
You can also look up your order and request help directly from Paddle at paddle.net.
After 15 Days
Refund requests made more than 15 days after purchase are generally not accepted, except where:
- we are unable to provide the downloads, license key, or license activation included with your purchase; or
- a refund is required under applicable consumer protection law.
We may refuse a refund where there is clear evidence of fraud or abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund of the same product.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
Refund Processing
All orders are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and approved refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Once a refund is issued, the license key, Pro downloads, updates, and support connected to the refunded purchase are deactivated.
Renewals
JoomForge Plans are one-time purchases with a fixed access period and do not renew automatically. You will never be charged again unless you choose to buy a renewal. Renewal purchases are covered by the same 15-day money-back guarantee.
