Set AutoPilot's permissions under System → Global Configuration → AutoPilot → Permissions.

| Run updates | Updating by hand: Update and Update All. |
| Change update settings | The auto-update switches. |
| Configure Options | Opening and saving the Settings screen. |
| Configure ACL & Options | Everything above, and purging history, recreating tasks and releasing a stuck lock. Super Users have this. |
