| Maintenance Window | Off | Allow automatic updates only during a weekly time window, in the site's time zone. Outside it, updates wait for a later run. |
| Window Days | Every day | The days on which the window starts. Shown when the window is on. |
| Window Starts / Window Ends | 02:00 / 05:00 | A window that ends at or before its start crosses midnight. The same time for both means the whole day. |
| Delay Updates (Days) | 0 | Wait this many days after a new version was first seen. 0 installs right away. |
| Require Approval | Off | All automatic updates wait in Approvals, unless a group or an extension says otherwise. |
| Missing Compatibility Information | Install | Some updates do not state which Joomla or PHP version they need. Install installs them anyway; Skip leaves them out. An update that does state a requirement your site does not meet is always skipped. |
